| Terry Grant is more than just passive entertainment. She is a musical experience to be enjoyed for years and years to come. A dynamic singer, actress and composer, Terry's performance makes her Hilton Head Island's own queen of jazz and classic rhythm and blues. She has been heard across and beyond South Carolina, her home state. Her vocal talent is extraordinary, strong, powerful, sensitive, tranquil and unbelievably moving. Terry's musical repertoire includes Broadway, Rhythm and Blues, Classical, Jazz and Gospel. She has a song for every listening ear and for every occasion and a voice that creates a magical feel within. |
| Formally educated and honored in the field of music, Terry's singing roots extends back to the days when she started singing in the church choir at the age of five. Terry has performed with the world renowned Hallelujah Singers on the Soundtrack for Paramount Picture's 'Forest Gump'. As an actress, Terry portrayed Billie Holliday in 'Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill', produced by the S.C. Repertory Company. She was also an extra in Clint Eastwood's 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil', and Aaron Spelling's production, 'Savannah'. She has also played the role of a school teacher in 'The Gingerbread Man' for Gingerbread Productions. She recently released her first Compact Disc, 'Anything Goes', a collection of Jazz, Country, Gospel and R & B classics. |
